Meet the Doula
My name is Patti Trusty, and I am a birth and postpartum doula. I am also a lactation counselor with an added specialty in helping military families through their infant-feeding journey. Personally, I am an active-duty military spouse, a mother of twin baby angels, and a beautiful rainbow baby.
My passion in helping mothers and families stems from receiving the support and the love my husband and I needed following the loss of our twins. Following that, we received just as much support through the pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period with our son.
The support I received was exactly what I needed to help me feel empowered as a new mother. I believe that every family deserves to feel empowered, to feel heard, and to feel rested enough that they honor their parenthood.
I am so privileged to be considered to be a part of one of life’s most intimate, challenging, and beautiful transitions.
